Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for Returns:

  •  Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged (see below for details on handling damaged items).

           

Damaged Products:

  • For products that arrive with significant damage, we request that customers record a video while opening the courier package. This video  documentation will help us verify the product’s condition upon arrival.
  • If substantial damages are found during unboxing, please share this video with our support team. Based on our assessment, we will determine if a replacement or return is appropriate.
  •  Note that returns or replacements will only be accepted if the damage is substantial and clearly documented upon the initial opening of the package.

           

            Refund Process:

  •   Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  •  Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable.
